2. Personal data we process

This website has no login, no contact forms and no user accounts. We only process personal data that you choose to share with us directly, for example when you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp. This typically includes your name, company, contact details and the vehicle or trade information you provide.

The purpose is to answer enquiries and to prepare and carry out vehicle transactions. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR: steps taken at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in operating a B2B trading business.

3. The website itself

The website is a static site. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking scripts and contains no advertising. A cookie banner is therefore not required: only strictly necessary technologies are used.

Your language choice is stored in your own browser (localStorage) so the site can open in your preferred language next time. This information never leaves your device.

On your first visit, the site makes one request to the independent service ipwho.is to read which country you are visiting from, so it can suggest the matching language. Only the country code is used; the website does not store your IP address, and the request carries no cookies or identifiers.

4. Third-party services

If you contact us through WhatsApp, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. processes the communication under its own privacy policy. Email is processed by our email provider. Vehicle transactions may involve counterparties such as dealers, wholesalers and transport companies, who receive only the information necessary to complete the trade.

5. Retention

Enquiry correspondence is deleted when it is no longer relevant. Documentation covered by the Danish Bookkeeping Act is kept for the statutory period of five years.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You may at any time contact us at info@plmcartrade.com.
